Wisdom Tooth
As for my case, recently my lower jaw on the right side Wisdom Tooth giving me lot's of pain and swelling which cause by infection on my gum. The lower jaw of the wisdom tooth is not easy to extract out as surgery is needed on most cases as after a while I decided to removed both my wisdom tooth on the lower jaw. The surgery took less than an hour to complete while I was still conscious and given anaesthetic injection to numb my entire jaw (Seriously I didn't feel anything till the effects ware off).
Right now I'm going through recovery after the surgery which feels alrite except that have no mood to eat anything or should I say can't eat any solid food for the first week... Yet what I feel its best to removed both out rather than going through the same process again in the future. If any of you faces difficulties due to your wisdom tooth, my advice is get it removed as soon as possible rather than delaying it. Of course the pain will go away when taking antibiotic but sooner or later the pain will come back again and worst part is that your neighbouring tooth will be affected till have to be removed as well when you decide not to remove your troublesome wisdom tooth in long term...

Backache
Source : http://www.swopnet.com/med/backache.html
Home Care
Many people will feel better within 7 days or fewer after the start of their back pain. After a month, the back pain probably will be totally gone. These steps will help you reduce these times and get well faster.
The most important thing to know is that bed rest is not recommended for back pain sufferers. Unless something serious is wrong (symptoms would include fever, weight loss, weakness or loss of bowel or bladder control, and you should call your doctor about any of these), you should limit your physical activity for no more than a couple of days. After that, gradually resume your usual activities.
- For the first few days stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve the pain and reduce inflammation.
- Apply heat or ice to the painful area. Common advice is to try ice for the first 48-72 hours, then apply heat after that.
- Take over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen (Advil) or acetaminophen (Tylenol). Follow the instructions on the bottle and avoid the temptation to overdose.
Try sleeting in a curled-up (fetal) position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, a pillow or rolled towel under your knees will help relieve the pressure.
After 2 or 3 weeks you can gradually resume exercise. Light cardio training is best -- walk, ride a stationary bick or swim.
Don't do any heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins.
Stretching and strengthening exercises are important in the long run. Take it easy after an injury to avoid making the pain worse.
These exercises are risky and should be avoided unless your doctor or physical therapist permits:
- Ballet
- Golf
- Jogging
- Football
- Weight lifting
- Leg lifts while lying on your stomach
- Sit-ups (unless with bent knees)

Basically the developer mention that the operating system could support previous version that has been developed by Microsoft but it’s just full of crap as there is so many updated which needed to be done and the update size is seriously big… Besides that in term of installing third party software poses a lot of compatibility issues. Not to mention gaming… This seriously the things i hate the most as any game i install and play the resolution would change to the worst one..
There is a lot issues which haven’t been mention but this itself already made me decide to roll back to Windows XP. My advice to those who plan to use Windows Vista, use it only for office tools and internet browsing… gaming and programming is surely a big blunder to use when comes to Microsoft Vista operating system…

MPSJ you seriously SUCK!
It’s not like we drivers want to break the laws but some will anyway… but i still feel the main problem is MPSJ them self! They already know that hell a lot of cars would be in that area and the only thing that are increasing is the bunch of idiots and tow trucks rounding the area to hunt down unlucky drivers… I still remember right beside my college there is an empty land and were used for regular parking for those who pay monthly fee but ended up that land wasn’t belong to them and MPSJ took action by taking over that piece of land. So basically they could use that land to have more parking space for the benefit of the people or student there but no!!! Those top ranking idiot from MPSJ ended use that land as a Tow Depot!!! So basically the main idea for them is to have more tow truck so they could give more summons!!!
Seriously it’s one stupid idea man… As if this way they can reduce the number of problem happen in that area as more and more people will go there as student would be there everyday for classes and workers will be in the area to work so why can’t they just make that land for more parking space since the number of parking space over there is extremely limited!!!
Student like myself would have to suffer as it’s hard to find parking space and have to park all the way at SS14 and forcefully walk to college for about 10 to 15 minutes but in the end still get that bloody summon! I’m sure they want to develop the area to be better and gaining the ‘Majlis Bandaraya’ status which to gain more money to put in their useless pocket~! and same goes to Shah Alam area which are pathetic for a ‘Majlis Bandaraya’ status but that is another issue to bother…
As far as i know the only thing they want is money and don’t really care about the problem that people face unless something bad happen then only they would pretend to help and then continue suck our money dry as usual. So screw MPSJ and other money sucking useless organization who doesn’t care anything besides them self!
*All this complaining is thanks to the big stupid idiot who issued me the summon and stick it at my car!

New Year???
Maybe this is because i’m still having my nightmare over the issue of studies and been hoping to start working soon and be independent on my own life. I’m surely thankful for my parent to support me but i feel that i must do the other way around and to do that is to faster complete my studies, start working while getting a stable and good income to reduce their burden.
I still have interest in bowling as i been bowling for many years now so i was planning once i graduate, i might try out a few international tournament and still wondering weather to change from spinner to hook. If i can’t make it then guess i have to settle with the hard work of a stable job. All this still flying around my mind but eventually the time will come for me to decide. So hopefully this year will be something positive to think about~

Great Grandfather
Still, sometimes it’s best to know about them as without them none of us will be even here on this world. For me my family is everything to me and i would definitely protect them as much as i can but still having the problem of dealing with my own life also have to be taken in consideration here… Anyway i manage to see through my grandparent family album and i was like surprise with all the things i never know until my uncle tell me what is the story behind every photo taken and i can it was funny to see them dressing up in a style which we youngster would called ‘olden age style’ but at least those style is far more better than the current style which look totally damn weird~
Well i will surely view again all those photo as i would want to preserve it by scanning it to become a digital photo which in case the original got damage due to various reason. As a great grandson or grandson~ i would do my best not to let them down and i’m surely motivated to graduated with an honored degree and get a good job~ (Just hope my college don’t screw me up again…. -_-’)

Tai Pak’s Birthday
For the first time i’m celebrating my tai pak birthday and it was a short one but at least we celebrate it.
Too bad i can’t get him any birthday present as it was kinda rushing to since my sister had to bowl Junior All Star even she has already qualified to the finals but still need to practice. Well my tai pak would be going back to Australia very soon and i would be staying overnight with him at my grandmother house then the following day i would go to KLIA with him and i will drive my car back home.
Guess i will be seeing him again next year which i never know when but at least we already plan out that once my family got the time we all will go to either Australia or Hong Kong to have a family reunion or meeting so i must do my best to faster graduate and visit them!!!
